I got a 6" lift and have 315x75x16 Mikey Thompson Baja Radials that have about 30k miles on them.. and gettin close to the bars.
I do some off roading a bit but mostly on the road and some dyno days.
Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for longlasting tires this size that are quite on the highway but work well in snow/ice and don't get plugged in the mud.
Thanks.

BFG AT have always been my favorite brand. Seem to last and good on/off road tire. Also, they dont seem to create much noise. I'm running 315/75/16 on my truck.

Yokohama makes a good tire. I haven't tried it in that size though.

i have bfg allterrains and they are great work well in the snow and ice not to good in the rain but i like them
i like the BIG O X/T tire, aggressive for an all terrain but good on road manners with a slight hum. they dont have the size I want in the 17 inch category, but with a 16 inch wheel I would be running them over the BFG ATs any day. I think hoosier makes a similar model with the tread pattern.
those tires got me through a lot, i am waiting for the next round of sizes due out this year........

:exactly: What WAskier said. Yokahama Geolander AT+II's on the last truck and loved them. Humm not noticeable on the pavement but pull real good for an AT in the mud. I had 35K on them when I traded the truck in for my D-max and still had another 15k left on them. I couldn't tell you how they are in the snow, though, cause of my location. Only problem I've noticed is they must be aligned and rotated every 3-5k because they will feather on the front end and as for size, could'nt tell ya if they made them for what you are looking for.

On my old truck, I ran the BFG AT's, they work well in snow and Mud, I used them for plowing. I have the Toyo AT's on another truck and I won't ever buy another set of them, they suck in the snow and they are even worse in the mud.

I am running BFG MT's in 35x12.5x16.5, with 25,000 miles on the clock, I still have 16/32's of rubber. I have found that the MT's wear better than the AT's in the larger sizes. Last set I ran, I got 70,000 miles:eek: These tires clean good in the mud, aren't too noisy, aren't very good on hard packed snow with lockers front and rear):h
