The question is what are you after. Maximum the stock injectors and turbo can do, Maximum a new turbo and over injectors can do, or the maximum a built duramax will do. just have to know your limits and then go from there. 1 option not much more cost. next option i say be in the $7000 area to do it right. The last one you be over $13,000.

I say you can top out safely at around 525HP on stock turbo and injectors. Over that and seems many post that your pusihing the limits of piston damage. I say add lift pump. Duel CP3 would be of not much help.

For 15,000 you can do transmission, twin turbo, 120 over injectors, intercooler, turboback and downpipe, boost tubes and couplings, duel cp3 pump, lift pump, EFILive and dynoed tune and be in the 700HP easily. I say all that for 12,000. Go beyond that and you need internal duramax parts and then all billet through the Allison and billet flexplate, solid front axle for 4x4 launches, custom drive shafts or stock would twist, bigger twin turbos and other stuff and be needing another 13,000 over the 12,000 for all that.

If referring to just a built allison, exhaust, can tuner like PPE, Quad, Edge CTS or EVO and rest stock you be around $5000.

Not familiar with those out in california. Only around here in the midwest. I would contact SoCal out there where your at and work with him and Mike L for the Allison. So far I have the Allison done and other misc parts shown in my sig for around $6500. I do twins and hopefully intercooler for $5000 more. So tuning which Nick from Duramaxtuner has already done for similiar setup I plan so may not need dynoed but add some over injectors too and I guess i be near the $15,000. !2,000 is just a little low so the more I think 15,000 be closer.

The only one I know is Guy Tripp from SoCal. Not sure what all they do. I just know he does EFILive tuning. Get with Mike L and Guy and they can for sure recommend some good setups. And if they can"t do it all they know who can fill in the rest.
