I have been doing some searches and haven't found a chip for a 1/2 ton 95 chevy silverado 350. Do they even make one or is it too old and I'm dumb wanting one.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/help.gif If you know that would be great because I'm clueless.

i know they make a chip for them cause i buddy of mine has a hypertech one. but it is a chip not a programmer

Actually they make a chip, not a programmer, Hypertechs start in 96 when teh vortec efis came out, your 95 is probably tbi and you will have to find a chip.

Superchips and Jet Chips both make them for you

I talked to one of the chip Manufacturers mentioned above about a chip for my 1995 and he talked me out of it because of the age of the truck and what I was going to be doing with it. He said that the chips for that model vehicle were not very well thought of. Plus you have to run premium gasoline.
