Does anyone know if the true flow intake kit for the lly gets rid of the silencer? Also, for those who have used it, what do you think about it, performance, and so on. thanks guys.

I had it on lb7 didn't notice a thing took it off sent it back. Put your money elsewere. dave

I like the filter (Uni) but their piping for the LB7 wasn't very good.

I tried it after I washed the excess oil out of the filter. I saw no differance in mileage or power. I then tried the S&B box. It really seemed to help my mileage. About 1 to 1 1/2 mpg better. It doesn't even replace the tube, but they are susposed to be working on a tube.
