Has anyone has any experience with the Cooper Zeons? I'm looking pretty hard at them and I am wondering how good they are as a all-purpose A/T and how well they ware.

I have the 265's 17's on my truck and like them a lot. Have about 15,000 miles on them and not much wear at all in fact they still look close to new but i ran them at about 58 psi and the sides of the tread were starting to show some signs so I put them up to 70 and looks like that will help, it also quieted them down some although they weren't that loud. I have only been in a lil mud with them but didnt have any issues, much better than the stockers.

I had a set on 2007 dodge cummins the truck was right 600hp and I would spin them down and was hard on the trottle. The tires lasted little over 40k.

Looked at these when I was looking for rubber for my 18" Greg Welds. They only came in a 4 ply (they called them Load XL) in the size I wanted so I couldn't run them.

After 40+k of hard driving, still have around 30% left. Lasting much longer than the Terra G's I ran previously. And they run super quiet..

I've always had good luck with Coopers (a 20+ year customer). I ran the Zeons on our '05 Denali and had excellent tread wear (30K miles on the tires and about 50% tread life) until we sold it.

very well in snow and offroad......had them out in some slushy back country roads and were very good...as i said the nittos seemed to be just a touch better and more predictable

they are awesome in the snow. My truck is in the snow whenever its out, have yet to use 4 wheel drive, even driving through 12" new snow (had approx 1600lbs weight in the bed though)
305/55/20s is what i am running
