btrapr 12-25-2009, 06:38 AM A friend of mine has a 1994 short bed 4x4 with a 6.5l Turbo...he has a new lift pump, PMD, fuel filter, and fuel pump BUT every once in awhile he gets a sputter under quck heavy throttle NO LOAD and he can not seem to find out why any ideas??? Thanks in advance:) Jake 12-25-2009, 08:49 AM Could be a clogged pickup in the fuel tank. The stock screen gets all snotted up after a number of years. Mine is 14 years old and is doing fine. Others have complained of the same issue here.
