Looking at buying a predator that was on a 2001. Truck was returned back to stock. Will that allow it to work on my 04?Or does it lock onto that original VIN?

I think the predator marries to the LB7 but can move from truck to truck with the LLY as long as the first truck is set back to stock before going to next LLY. xcman 06-10-2005, 08:47 AM mine is an LB7. GMC-2002-Dmax 06-11-2005, 08:32 AM I think the tool is valuable for a scanner.........I got one when they first came out and use it as a scanner and it does some real time data logging.... If you are going to use it and get it unlocked have DIABLO update all the hp files on it to the currect offerings....the original ones are "OK" at best......and tend to run much hotter than the VA/EDGE boxes............ The NEW QUAD-10 tune seems to be a real bargain for aroung $600-700 if you want a code reader as well. Good Luck, T;) NY | ||
