I have seen post on this site for the flange on the down pipe, can't seem to find any now that I'm to the point of having to build the downpipe for my 6.5 turbo swap into my 80 model dually. So any of you guys got any links to a site that I can buy the flange?

It's not a flange - it's a flare.
Any good muffler shop can do that.
Or, hit a local boneyard - they should have a few residing in the dirt.
Should also pick up the clamp, while you're at it.

Good luck with that. I took my 3" around to a few muffler shops and they didn't have a machine that could crimp a 90* flare next to the first bend, as it were.
The bullydog pipe I had used a collar that was bent to a 90* in a press brake then rolled and welded to the 3" pipe. Whatever works.

Flare end is for turbo connection with band clamp. The soot trap/exhaust pipe bolt up with a flange in stock trim.

so what would you call the ends of the crossover?
I believe my down pipe was flat where it clamped to the turbo and I referred to that as a flange but it has been installed for a while so I might be confused a bit.

Cut the flange off the flange end and the flare end off of the flare end, weld pipe in between, if making own down pipe, if installing store bought down pipe & making cat test pipe (bypass); cut off flange from old wrinkle downpipe, weld to straight pipe that will connect to studs on replacement down pipe, or hammer out studs and bolt flanged pieces together with new gasket & std nut & bolt

It's a flared flange - he's installing into a '74 to '87 vintage truck, so the dp is totally custom.
Crossover also has flared flanges.

i just did this there are 5 pieces of pipe welded together to make the down pipe on my truck i used 1 mandrel bent 90* elbow and a couple of pieces of 3"pipe sorry no pics
I've got the crossover put on tonight. I just need to get the piece that fits the turbo. If I had that I think I just about have the downpipe done. I have the pieces off of a few ford downpipes from some upgrades I done to a few trucks for buddies. The turbo part on those is 3.5 inch on a 3 inch pipe. After I cut the turbo part off and the pipe into it clears pretty good.
