what color is your nsbu switch, is it the brown one? very possible switch could be out, does it set any codes? do you have a way to get codes out of it?

just start is all it sucked up some of the oil but still shows over full with less oil than it should take to fill it. going to check line pressure today if i can find a gauge.

You will need a special adapter for the gauge. This is starting to sound like crossed bell housing gaskets or loose stator support bolts on the pump.

when putting it in drive, does it seem to maybe wanna creep forward just a little? There might be a spool getting stuck just straight dumping the fluid. Had this happen to one of my builds.
