I just wanted to pass along some useful info I picked up today. For those of us using Landuyt G.'s Racor secondary fuel filter, NAPA makes a replacement filter that is also rated to 2 microns, just like the Racor R60S filter that Gregg supplies with the kits. It's NAPA part # 3231.
Hope this helps people out, as the Racor filters are usually hard for me to find, unless I order them, and I'm not usually too good at planning ahead!
Most likely it's a rebadged Racor.

That could be, Hoot, but it is slightly different upon physical examination. Also, there's a bulletin in the box with the filter that claims this filter uses some sort of "spin flow" technology or some B.S. which is patented. Thus, I don't think it's just a rebadged Racor, but I could definitely be wrong.
I guess we'll see which one filters better! I wanted to change them out last night, but I had too much fuel on board to change them out. Having a full tank of fuel generally isn't a problem!

I have an acct. I use at NAPA...... From what they've been telling me. It's actually another WIX filter. You can get some good prices depending upon how big of an acct. you are.
