Somehow I have managed to spend quite a bit over the last few months on my stereo/speakers/amps/subs/sirus satellite/ipod for my truck. Funny how that happens:D

Anyways I'm looking to get a good alarm with paging and remote start. I would also like to have the phone option (unlock doors) if possible.

I did a search here and didn't find much. I am looking at the Audiovox APS996A and CL100 but I have no experience with Audiovox.

I would appreciate any recommendations.

I have a code alarm 645its the same thing as the audiovox, personally its a piece of crap ive had endless problems with it, the only reason that i havent ripped it out is because it does lock the doors and remote start it. I had a Viper 745 on my last truck, it was great, only reason i got a code alarm because it was cheaper...get the viper

I have never heard anything bad about Astrostart. I have had a Sidewinder and a Viper never had any trouble with either.

Max Power does Astrostart have a paging system?

I just had a Python #881 installed and it's great it even has a programmable turbo cool down built in. I had it done at Circuit City by a buddy of mine that works there. Just my .02

Clifford has a system that you can call with a phone and start. It is pretty expensive IIRC, but if that is what you want it would be good. You have to purchase the GPS stuff and a remote start/alarm. You also have to pay a fee for the network (cellular) to make it work. You can get real-time updates on the web.
