Would it be ok to use a oil filter from a 6.2 diesel on a duramax ? it looks exactly the same and fits perfect.

If you pick up both filters, you will notice that the Dmax filter is much heaver then the 6.2's. That is correct. The PF2232 besides having an internal by-pass also filters to a smaller micron rating also. | ||
