I just pulled these codes after experiencing low boost. I also have a loud knocking sound coming from the right front (passenger side) valve cover. I cleaned all the grounds that I can find with all these codes. Bad part is I'm up in Fredericksburg, VA and I live in Fayetteville, NC.
These are what the DTC Codes are
29 Glow Plug Relay Circuit Fault
34 Injector Timing Stepper (ITS) Motor Circuit Fault
39 TCC Brake Switch Stuck "Off"
46 MIL Service Engine Soon Circuit Fault
57 PCM 5 Volt Shorted
62 Turbo Boost Sensor Circuit Low

Have you looked at fuses too? It seems like you have wires in the harness that have fused and are shorting. Look behind the turbo at that wire bundle.

I tugged at the wiring and everything is good to go. Hopefully it will last the 4 hour drive back. Thanks

If a jiggle will fix it, the problem is in the harness.

57 PCM 5 Volt Shorted
This code is the giveaway to most if not all of your problems.
These sensors probably share a common 5v reference, and its shorted.
Its either a harness problem or bad ECM.

Thanks everyone. Turn out to be a shorted wiring harness. I believe it is behind the turbo where the wiring harness comes in contact with the airconditioning pipe. That is what set off all the DTC's. The low boost and grinding sound was the vacumn pump going south. I replaced the vacumn pump and was surprised at boost level where I thought was nominal was actually low. I actually spiked 10lbs boost where prior the biggest boost spike was 8lbs. What surprise me was the most was the shorted wiring harness (DTC's) and vacumn pump went bad at the same time, leading me to believe something catastrophic had happen.
