Good Morning guys/gals,

I have a small project for this weekend which I would like any tips/advice on please..

I couldnt find a how to article either :)

I have and am going to install a Super steer, and the instructions seem pretty simple... It is as easy as it looks? :)

Do I need to jack it up?

Kind Regards

Paul

Been there and done that. It was on my lifted 1500 Avalanche, and it wasn't too bad. When you get down there, push-pull the transmission cooler lines out of the way for better access. Be sure to put them back or they could rub and spring a leak. The fit was a little snug, so I used a tapered dowel pin to get the holes lined up. All was accessible from the front. Only hard part was welding up a gusset I made because the angles were hard to access.

I have not done the install myself but saw this thread which may help.

Thanks very much for your help - Hopefully will be a painless and simple install on Saturday then :) Although I don't really fancy doing it in the snow!
