How are the injectors tested when the truck wont start? I saw some plastic tubes at the back of the engine were the dealer stripped the bolt out. And where is the test equipment hooked up to? Is it to that bolt? What is the testing proceedure? The reason I am asking these questions is because the dealer stripped out a banjo bolt on the back of the driver side head at the back of the firewall. How much pressure would be on that bolt? I think it is called the fuel return line and the torque spec on it is about 113 in lbs according to the service manager. he said the pressure on the return fuel line is about 22,000 psi..... but I cant see how a bolt that is torqued at about 11-12ft lbs is going to hold 22000psi. HELP please.

Pressure is not that great. It is only carying return fuel to the tank. While I am quite certain that the pressure can be substantial in some cases, it will vary based on the amount of fuel being returned.
