truck is a 02 3500 it hasa lak to the right side of the truck .The trans filter always has drops of fuild on it (its tight) the truck drives fine but some time youll be driving and stop then go to take off and it wont go. shut it off restart and its fine. the othl day went to back up and it R will just flash at you . the two codes i pulled is a p0700 and a p0841..
i want to put a deep tranns pan on it and new fillter the would slovepart of the leak. what else do you think would like and throw the cels i get ?

P0700 means there is a transmission fault. DTC P0841 sets when C solenoid is commanded ON and pressure switch C status remains OFF for 5 seconds depending on fluid temperature. The reason your truck won't go is because the TCM is commanding the trans to neutral durring this failed condition. Several things could be causing this condition. It could be electrical, a stuck valve, a failed solenoid, failed pressure switch, or low oil pressure. Since you have an oil leak, check your fluid level first since low oil level could cause this. After that, I suggest taking it to a professional because the other possibilities require special equipment for diagnosis.
