Who's running what pressure with the FASS 150 pump, and where is the guage port? Out of the box my pump makes 7 -7.5 psi and the guage port replaced the stock bleeder screw. And how does one adjust the pressure on this system? Is the relief inside the return port?

Mine's putting out about 10psi at the Fass pump/filter assemblly at an idle.
I don't have a guage mounted at the factory filter yet.
Not sure how to adjust pressure but I think Bronco might.
thank you, i'm less concerned about the actual pressure but the pressure drop by one pound since ive drove it one week, about 300 miles... i don't wanna change filters again, i've got all new ones on it...
i think my injector pump will NOT help supply the new fuel need... i must have one of them bad CP3's..
Bronco, you know how to adjust the output pressure of the FASS 150 pump?
also, i've dropped 1psi. since the pump was installed... i highly doubt the filters picked up something, i attributed it to the warmer weather and more foam on the return.. i'm thinking the pickup is getting a bunch of air from the return foaming things up...
i said the same thing twice, sorry Diesel Dragon, but the point i'm trying to make is that my pressure is lower and she's defueling or shutting down on the 1-2 and especially the 2-3
how did you get 10 psi out of your FASS pump or did you tweak it? ...this is all tuner stuff but any help would be appreciated..i know this is the place to get it...

Mine came set at 10 psi, but that's right at the Fass pump/filter asembley in the guage port.
I checked again tonight and the pump is reading about 9 to 9 1/2 psi a small drop since I installed it a month or so ago.
I checked and Bronco hasn't visited the sight in a couple of weeks, maybe he's on vacation. But I'm pretty sure he had one apart and mentioned a spring in the return port that controlled pressure, but I can't say for sure.
Do you have just the pump or pump/filter asemblly ?
Maybe just the pump's have less psi because they don't have to push thru a water seperator and extra filter.
The important pressure reading is at the factory filter asemblly or at the fuel test port, which I believe is located behind and below the alternator.
Like I said I dont have a guage there yet either, but I will.
Now why your defueling, it could be the program too. I had a VA box before my Extreme and even with the pump the program just never worked right on my truck, it always had bad shift's.
And rember to always keep your fuel tank filled above 1/4 to 1/3 tank. The Fass pump will suck the factory sending cup dry below that.
If you need more fuel range you could do like I did and wire a seperate on/off switch to the pump, and when your fuel level get's low just shut the pump off till you fuel up again. The factory lift pump can suck thru the Fass pump, although I wouldn't do it any longer than needed.
Hope's some of this help's.
Any more question's ask away.
