Just for everyday driving.......what setting should I put my Quadzilla on? I have the Quad 135.

90HP or less would be my suggestion based on stock transmission.

well I seem to get the same fuel economy irregardless of setting on my 6 gun, so it's all dependant on your throttle application... keep hot rodding it, you'll guzzle the fuel.. drive "normal" and you won't as much. Figure it'd be the same irregardless of tuner, to a point.

I run my 110 on the 110 setting unless towing then I drop to 70. Mine runs the smoothest on the 110 setting. I also have a 6 spd and like the quicker throttle response. Even going back to 70 makes it doggy in comparision but you'll never see this in an auto.

I'd like to say I get slightly better mileage with it on 110 than 70 but I never run the 70 tune empty long enough to confirm.

Yes I do but it's a ZF and the flywheel rattles a bit. I'm holding out as long as I can because I'm planning on replacing the clutch too.

Eric,

I run 90 or 110 around town, no problem. Stock tranny. I've towed heavy and fast with both the 70 and 90 without problem.

Be warned however, depending on how you drive you can slip the trans at the 110 and 135 settings pretty easily. Happens to me a couple times on the 4-5 shift. Or kicking it down out of 5th for a highway pass, foot to the floor, that sorta thing.
