There are two plastic lines that run parallel to one another from the area of the A/C pump and then go up under the "Turbo Power" cover. One is orange and one is black (hard plastic). They are wrapped in wire loom (conv. tubing) most of the way, except for the corners where they make bends around things. Are these vacuum lines? Where to they go? Can I remove them?
This is on my '95 K2500 HD. The vacuum pump is now removed (have a TurboMaster installed).

Those were the Vacuum lines, if you now have a TM you won't need them, leave the WG sol electrically connected though, as PCM may code if it's not there it's looking for something to drive, and also in age of electronics it's a good idea to not leave device connectors unterminated, it could be a entry point for stray unwanted trons back to the PCM.

should they (orange and black vacuum lines) be removed or capped off or something? They really don't serve a purpose, then, right?
I'll leave the electronic things hooked up.

You could pull them completely if you wanted, as there is no vac on them now that the pump has been deactivated. also something to think about is removing the turbo cover, you will get easier access to the fuel filter, and may remove some of trapped heat from top of engine/PMD valley
