Heres the deal on 11/24/09 my van shut down and left me stranded and having to be towed. I had a code of POO87 and I contacted the dealership and they told me it was the filter. So a hundred bucks later i found myself still trying to get it cranked. finnally after 2 evenings of bleeding my injectors the van cranked. So i left my local garage and within 1/4 of a mile the engine went into limp mode and there is a knock on the passenger side. and a code of PO207 (injector circuit open) and a pending code of PO540 (intake air heater circuit) Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Checking the FICM harness rub and 2/7 ice pick fix would be a good place to start.
Here is a post from a similar thread with a couple of things to look at.

After a little more reading, I'd put money on the #7 injector connector. P0207 is #7 injector circuit open. P0087 (fuel rail pressure low) could have been caused by a dirty fuel filter. P0540....LLY's don't have Air Intake heaters so I'm at a loss with that one.

Heres the deal. Assuming that 2,4,6,8 are on the driver side and 1,3,5,7 are on the passenger side. Ive got a knock and im try to trouble shoot it. ive noticed that if you take number 3 injector connector off while it is running the engines idle doesnt change. And Ive noticed if you take off number 6 then the knock goes away. I have bled 3,4,5,6,7,8. Its giving a code of po207 (open circuit #7) and ive messed with the wires there but nothing changes. fuel rail pressure is 4 to 5000 psi and the pressure to the pump is 5 to 6 psi( which seems to me a little low). Its also still reading low fuel rail pressure and ive changed the filters. Any suggestions?????? :banghead:

The code is from the wiring harness issue, chances either the FICM harness or the injector harness issues are the culprits. As rader2146 said, check these things out.

Unplugging the injectors wouldn't help you out with the truck other than throwing more codes.
