Don't think I limped it, but don't know exactly what happened.
I was pulling some steep grades in SE Ohio on our way back from a hunting trip with my 9,600lb camper. In tow/haul mode as always, tranny kicked down to 4th, truck pulled fine 3/4 of hill. Then all of a suddent instant power cut (i.e. no power!!), pulled off, restarted and just fine.
No lights, no dings, no hickup the rest of the trip? Truck did seem to run a little better from there on out, so did I limp it? Doesn't a limp always throw a code?
