I threw two codes this weekend P0087 and P1093, both fuel related. I drove the truck for about 100 miles after the codes. Will that harm the truck?

I have been running B20 most of the time and just ran B99. My truck is the LB7 and I installed the Hypertech about 1 month ago. Oil now smells like Biodiesel. Hmmmmmm......injectors? | ||
