Hi, I am looking to buy a new set of injectors for my 99 cummins, I am not to knowlegable in the injector area, I am looking at the bosch 300 HP injectors on ebay, they say 40-60 more horse gain. are these good injectors for what I want? I want a set that will make the truck puke black smoke):h I already have an Edge comp box, and puts out some smoke already, but not enough:D will the ones I am looking at be good for this and performance wise? also will they affect the sound of the engine? To get the kind of smoke that I think your looking for. Your going to need at least a 90+hp injector.

wire your fuel map to be hot and you will be dumping enough puel for full boost at Zero boost and you will get the kind of smoke that you want

Send DonM a PM regarding injectors.
Sounds like a set of Mach 1.5's to 2.5's will be right up your alley for HP but they do not smoke as much as other sticks.

Hallmarks of EDM injectors are better atomization, more power and less EGT's compared to EH'd nozzles.

go big now and leave the box turned down until the rest of your truck can handle it.

Or just break the hell out of it and fix it with more horsepower friendly parts.
