i'm looking for someone who provides a mandrel pipe bending service in virginia or either georgia, can anyone help me out? i'm looking to make a pipe connecting my lbz mouthpiece to my s&b intake box. i'm guessing the it would need to be made out of 4in. OD aluminum or would stainless steel work just as well also? thanks for your help guys.

There's a place in Pasadena, Md. that does mandrel bending. http://www.mandrelbendingsolutions.com/servlet/StoreFront

I have a couple of benders now but 3" is my max. A one off piece may be a little pricey! You may wanna consider buying prebent material and welding it together.

yeah i thought about that and that's what all the muffler places around here said they can do. i want as little as possible impeding my airflow though, and well with a mandrel bend all that's eliminated.

plus it looks sweet! :D

or do you think a good weld will do the trick just as well cause it's gonna get painted afterwards or maybe even wrapped to keep the heat from transferring to the interior.

If you purge the pipe the weld wont penetrate the inside using a TIG. So even if you use pieces to make it the inside will be smooth.
