cannot reset change oil message center. Did what book said.

keep repeating the process..It took me like 5 tries for it to finally take and reset on mine and I did it just like the manual said each time.

On my trucks it seemed like the floor board flexed when using the gas pedal method. I pulled up hard on the pedal and then it worked.

I always had that problem after the light came on. Could take me up to 10-15 tries. But if I would reset it before it came on it would reset first time every time.

The QuickLube tech forgot to reset my oil life meter yesterday after changing my oil...

I reset it by holding down the enter key on the steering wheel for about 5 seconds.
