I have found a solution to the no power problem. I know that some of you will laugh at this, but I believe it. I bought a 80 horse chip from ssdieselsupply.com. I will tell you that it definitely made a substantial difference. I pull a 20 foot trailer with Bobcat and full supply of concrete tools every day. I live in the hills of southern Ohio. Way more low end torque!!!:) I don't necessarily know that it added 80, but what an improvement. I increased my fuel mileage by 3-4 mpg. New 3" downpipe, 3" straight exhaust, swiss cheesed airbox, boost gauge, pyro gauge. On a crew cab dually. If you are interested contact ssdieselsupply. Good luck!!!!):h :grd:

Big Red glad it worked for you but in FAQS is a link to this post http://dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1078 several have used SS diesel's program it's a newcomer to the field 80 Hp has not been quantified as of yet, crank or wheel has always been one of my questions, but also a chip alone for 80 HP is highly doubtful.

Not only 15psi and 1100egt, but sucking hot underhood heat into the compressor via that swiss cheese - and no charge-air cooler.

I would suggest caution, at every juncture...........
