I would start by checking the solenoid for the glow plugs, and check your ECM fuse. You might have popped it. Let me know.

It is in the fuse box on the driver side along the side of the batteries.

It does not matter whether it is gasser or diesel, they should have a few fuse box where the fuses are located.

There is ECM-B fuse, easy to blow off. So it won't burn your truck.

My suggestion is to do the Diagnostic checklist on the sticky on top of the forum before doing any jump or ether. NO ETHER please.

It needs two things, electric and fuel. If either one or both are bad, you never get it started.

I have checked the ECM B fuse and it is fine.If the PMD is shot will that prevent it from firing?

Yes, PMD can cause no start but the WTS is still on. Also, the GP may be toast and there is also GP controller.

Are you sure you take off the ECM-B fuse and replace it anyway?

There is also a chance that your battery connection and grounds are not tight.

The checklist will help you methodically checking everything at least to eliminate things.
