My 06 Lbz Has Been Throwing Codes P0678. Looked It Up And Found Out That It Says I Have A Bad Glow Plug. I Called My Dealer He Said To Do The Job, It Will Cost About $300 Of Labor Alone. My Question Is "should I Replace The One Glow Plug That Is Bad Or Should I Replace All The Glow Plugs?" I Can Replace Spark Plugs Myself, Could I Replace Glow Plugs Myself? Any Advice Will Be Greatly Appreciated.

Lots or recent threads on this.... almost an erie number. It must be something about winter. The dealer will typically replace all 8 when one goes bad.

If you have under 50K it's covered under warranty with no charge. Under 100K and there's a $100 deductible.

You can do them yourself.... I read up on it and was a bit scared by a few posts of people had broken them off which means you have to pull the head off the motor. I'm sure many people do them themself and have no problem. For the minor cost at the dealer I couldn't imagine trying it myself. I doubt you can even get the parts aftermarket for under $100.
