So a while back on here i seen where a member had a border for his siwtch that had the different levels layed out, and on his high hp tune it said go baby go. Is there somewhere you can order them or something that is custom. Also i looked at the switch on socal diesel and the one on duramaxtuner, is there any difference bw the two besides the price. And if i have a 05 lly i just need the one for a lly right? on the duramaxtuner site it says something about 1 for lly 2 for lb7 etc, dont know wat its talking about. Also, where is some places to order the switches from besides just these two vendors? Thanks.

I'm a noob and still doing my "homework" on EFILive...
But, check out this thread. bballer182 did a great write up.

In EFILive V7.5.5 Tune Tool software, the schematic is also shown.
It appears it doesn't matter where the switch comes from as long as the OUTPUT is the same. (LOL, no pun intended!:p:)
I hope this helps.

Yes, all DSP switches "do" the same thing, just resisting the forwarded voltage. There are different switches out there and the all operate the same. some are more expensive than others, because some are higher end production type and some are lower end home type. The one i wrote up i know is being used by a vendor here, kinda funny huh?....

I get all my switches through duramaxtuner.com. what nick means by "one for LLY 2 for LB7" that is what you type in the comment box if you need multiple switches and 2 of them are lb7 and one is lly. you do still have to pick an engine code when ordering or it won't let you proceed

Yeah Great Guy To Work With, Very Intelligent, And Helpful. That's Why I Buy My Stuff From Him With No Regard To Price But He Does Sale Them For A Very Good Price
