If you want to install it in the intake manifold, here's the spot:

FWIW here's what I did:
Remove the holdown bolt on the OEM boost sensor bracket
Remove the rubber boot on the intercooler line to gain access to the ID of the boost pipe attached to the intake manifold.
Stuff a cloth with a soft nap(to catch the drill and tap shavings)into the boost pipe-spraying the cloth with air filter oil will aid in trapping the shavings on the cloth as the oil is a little tacky OR stuff a vacuum cleaner hose in the boost pipe and run the vacuum cleaner continuosly will performing the operation.
Drill a 1/8" hole through the bottom of the holdown bolt hole and into the boost pipe
Using a Letter "R' drill bit (21/64")-in a pinch an 11/32" bit will work-open up the top of the bolt hole to a depth 1/8' longer than the 1/8"NPT threads on the boost gauge pipe fitting.
Using a 1/8' NPT pipe tap, tap threads to a depth equal to the length of threads on the boost gauge line fitting.
Screw in the fitting snuggly (do not over torque-this is a small fitting) If the fitting does not contact the boost sensor bracket, remove and tap deeper and retry.
Repeat until when the fitting is snugged in, it also just touches the boost sensor bracket.
Remove the fitting, apply thread sealer and re-intall.
Finish installing the boost gauge line and gauge and voila- a cool loking intall.Regards

well i installed the valve and gauge and im seeing 24-25 psi:eek: wasn't expecting that, everything else is completly stock. saving up for a MBRP 5inch exhaust, banks ram air intake. still haven't decided on what tuner i want.

i have my gauge tapped into my wastgate line on my boost increase valve (it not a ppe) and it seems to work fine i get max psi reading of about 27ish my boost increase valve have a 1/8 fitting for a gauge i was iffy with it for awhile but it seems to work i posted a thread on it heres the link http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=265836
it has a small orfice on the line that goes to the waste gate . so if anything what would that effect haveing a boost increase valve and guage on the wastegate line?
