Driving to bank today and when I pulled in truck acted strange. Look down and no indicator under gear and tranny shifts hard. Leave bank and tranny is locked in what I guess is third gear whith the TC unlocked. Then the service brake system comes on. Predator shows po101 and another unknown code. Looks like and different truck for me.

Could be the NBSU...search on "NBSU" and you will find a ton-o-threads. Good luck.

Doubt its the NSBU with on 05. I see a co-pilot in sig line. I'd carefully check all related to that first... Need codes

Only code is Nc101 unknown code. I did have my co pilot on when it happened and the co-pilot when off and I was unable to turn it back on.

The speedo also stopped working.

that code you have is garbage code, likely from an aftermarket tuner?

If speedo quite, maybe lost speed signal. Check all the wiring under truck/connections just to be safe. Will need more accurate code to help further

A little 10 amp blown fuse caused all my problems. I hauled the truck to the dealer and I got a call before I got back home that the truck was fixed. I would never guess that a fuse could make the tranny sound like it was coming apart. thanks for the help .

Glad you found the problem Gray Max BUT I think you should check into what blew the fuse to begin with. Fuse's don't just blow for no reason.
Carry some spares just in case and try to do a detailed search of the wiring to see if you have a short some where or if something pulling too many amp's

Good Luck

I agree with the fuse didn't just blow. Most likely the Co-Pilot install has a bad connection or is grounding at a splice that was made.I would double check
