Where does the aftermarket rear rubber spring rings go on the springs to stop the bump on start and stop? I guess i put mine in the wrong place or something is wrong cause now its just like it was. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Over the overload spring on the bottom, so when the top springs come down they hit that rubber instead of slapping the overload. If that still doesn't help you might have another problem... They ended up replacing the entire rear spring packs on my dad's truck with 11k on it because they couldn't stop it from clunking.
Also that bump might be your driveline splines needing lubed instead, if the springs don't fix it.
