Can anyone tell me if the ip is overfueling can it cause a knock? My 93 had a cracked piston on #8 so I rebuilt it and replace injectors and g-plugs but is still knocking on #8

Bison 11-15-2009, 05:33 PM can still be bad injector,never mind if its new. IP wont cause it. Did you check the wrist pin brg on no 8,and what did you do about the crank brgs.? maybe a piece of gasket or what ever dropped in the intake and got sucked in the combustion chamber? lugnut01 11-16-2009, 02:05 PM I put all new bearings and all new ristpin bushings I even replaced the injector again on #8 I think I was careful on trash not gettin but you never know primo382 11-16-2009, 03:18 PM any possibility it could be a rocker arm (retainer) or valve spring?
