My truck is missing below 2000 rpms and has set codes p0299, p0401, p0404, p1229. Anyone know what these codes mean. Anyone else had the same problem it has 20000 miles on it.

vettelovralexand 06-01-2005, 10:36 PM P0299-Turbocharger Engine Underboost P0401-Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Insufficient P0404-Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Open Position Performance P1229-Injector Output Circuit Most of these could be caused by either an intake or removing the cat, but i'm not sure why you would throw that last one. Dealer is the best place to find out. | ||
