Are the three areas circled in green supposed to be lit up with the headlamps on?
This is a picture of the headlamp switch on the lower left hand side of the dash.

Not unless you add a bulb, SO......Stock, NO.

I checked all the bulbs for the radio and all are good.
The lights flicker when I pull out the knob under the volume. But usually they are off. Soooo not sure.

Yup, those lamps are bad. That should all illuminate. Peruse the whole thread I linked above.

The lamps are soldered in.

i think the lamps are still good because when i was taking it out, I pulled on the volume knob and the one below it to get the cover off and the lights kinda flickered on like half the radio faceplate. So I think there might be a bad connection somewhere.
