I changed my water bleeder lines today. I now have real dirty and black oil leaking out of the drip hole of the bell housing. Is it possible that it is just the spilled fuel finding its way down there? Could it of leaked down from the engine vally to the bell housing?

There is a drain hole at the rear of the block V under the fuel filter.-Drips into the bellhousing cavity & out the bottom.

Thanks that make sense. I changed the line going to the bleeder valve with a new hose and did leak fuel from the filter connection.

Had you let it run for a while it would have nice cleaned the rear of the block off and ran nice clear yellow diesel fuel color. :D

Yea it had alot of oil that needed cleaned off from the engine swap. But thats yellow gold to me! I was looking at your sig and noticed you have a 3.73 rear end what rpms do you run down the highway and at what speed?

I have oil leaking out of the return line from the turbo. It looks like that is where it is at 4 small bolts on a square plate with a line attached mounted to the engine hard to see under there. Does it reqiure a gasket or just rtv type silicone?

Either one will work just fine, check to make sure it isn't also the hose that connects to the drain plate.

Thanks for the advice. check the hose and its not the problem. Oil is leaking from the bottom bolt closest to the front of the truck, so I ordered a gasket from the Chevy dealer oh what fun that will be to get under the truck! Now if I could just figure out why I am getting a slow small annoying oil drip from the drain hole in the bell housing cover!
