ok well finaly took my truck to the dealer and they said that the injectors were bad they think but they nead to take the motor apart and check them out to see which ones are bad. does this sound right? oh and one more thing are pensicola injectors good to buy, and can i put ats disel 90hp nozels on them? injectors in the truck have 190,000 miles on them.

LB7 require the removal of the valve cover to get to the injectors. All other LLY and up are externally accessible.

stay away from Pensacola Injectors......many issues from what I have heard; pm me for a different source. They are GM's direct from Bosch. At a cost of 182 each with a 100 dollar core charge.

i know that the vale covers have to be removed to replace them, but they said they had to do that to check them. thats what i was wondering about. cuz i thought you could tell what ones were good and bad with a teck 2 or somthin.

Maybe looking for leaks my guess either return lines or cups.
