today i was driving around my truck and decided to play with the engine brake, iv never used it and wanted to see if it made any real diffrence ... well im coming up to a light and when i stoped my oil pressure guage read like 11 or 12 psi .. the check guage light came on i drove of and my oil pressure went back to 45ish .. again when i stop it bad down real down thenthe red light came on a shut off my truck!!! engine only has 111k miles... i let the truck site for 20 min oil cooled back don and at idel i got 30psi then it warmed back up back to like 8 psi? whats the daeal?

Quick update. . I just had the oil changed on Friday and I think they might of put the wrong oil in there we drained it and I'm gonna put a new filter with rotella in The morning

was thinking about this over night .... maybe fuel in the oil and a injector bad maybe .
get a look at you injector balances as a precaution .

Mine did the same thing! turned out ta be the oil guage!!
Put a manual guage on it before spending any more money...New cluster is in $300-$00 range.
