There have been many with well over 200K, and probably 1000`s over 100K a few over 300K.
There used to be a guy here (Broker) that claimed several over 400K with only a few injectors replaced. I have no idea if he was a kid behind the screen name, or if he was for real.

Michael Tomac was somewhere around 120,000 when he elected to upgrade to aftermarket ones. I don't know what the original injectors were performing like when he had them replaced. And he had used his truck in dozens of truck pulls, maybe 100 or more 1/4 mile races, and he towed with it most of the time. And nearly always had some sort of power adder on it.

My 2004 LB7 recently developed a loud valve lifter or fuel injector noise. Taking it into the shop Thursday. Wish me luck! (I have 42,000 miles on the odometer).

I saw a 02 reg cab truck on ebay with 243000 on it. Asked for a VIN check on it for giggles, and it came back as no record of major service. Go figure.

Paul, I got home one day and there was diesel fuel dripping from out of the engine breather tube, filled crankcase with fuel. I called the dealer rightaway and they told me to bring it in. The dealer replaced all injectors and took it out for a test drive and got a code that the presure pump was not up to presure so they replaced the pump at the same time, took an extra day to get the work done though. I never noticed a drop in power or anything was wrong until it flooded the cranckcase. In the end total cost to me $0.00 and they told me that that set of injectors has a 200K warranty!
