I bought a 4.61 version on ebay. Had the wiper interferance issue. So I sent it to edge and they up-ed the version to 4.81. I have not been able to test in the rain yet. But now I have a new issue.

-driving 50mph or greater, under medium load (like climbing a hill), rpms in the 1600 - 2000 range, it seems like the engine will miss. Maybe a few times per hill. Its like one cylnder misses one time and then back to normal until the next one. I just changed the fuel filter ~5K miles ago. When I pull out the programer it runs normal.

Any advice?

I had the 4.61 also and it went south to the point truck would hard start and then no start. Upgraded to 4.81 and it has run great going on five months now. Check all of the pin connectors to make sure they are all tight. Does it happen in all levels? Do you have the Attitude? I run mine without the attitude as I have independant guages. Call edge if it continues as the Edge works very well with the LB7 the LLY engines and Edge have had some issues. Make sure yours is an LB7 for this version of Edge. The LLY version is 1.2 I think..Jim

It could be the fuel rail sensor. dave
