When my truck was stock I got 18-20 mpg now that I have done a strait axle conversion and 315-75-16 tires and lost my kitty my truck is telling me Im only getting 10-12 mpg . are my tires throwing the computer off or is there something else going on. I change my filters religiously.

Larger tires will throw the DIC off and use more fuel. The SFA might have cost you some too.

Also, FWIW, the DIC is not the most accurate measure of MPG. A GPS count of mileage and fuel receipt from fillup is the best way to see it. I track both, because I'm a numbers guy, and sometimes it's pretty close and sometimes its far off. However, I haven't recalibrated for the bigger tires so it would be reading pretty high if I wasn't going further than it thought.
Mine also varies further when it idles a lot or if I run it above 2000 rpm a lot because I think the computer doesn't do a good job of calculating how much fuel is going into the engine in these situations. In both situations I'm using more fuel than it thinks.

It feels much more solid (no pun intended) there are only a few parts that move during driving compared to the IFS. This was by far the best mod I could have done to my truck. I pull a 15,000 lb fifth wheel toy hauler through the sand dunes with no worries. I have seen many other trucks with stock IFS broke trying to do less.
