What are you guys doing about adding subwoofers to the crewcabs? From what I have read they have to be low/no air subs. Brands? - specs? - boxes?

I used a piar of 12" alto's in my last truck, but think I am using a pair of 10" JBL's and a fibergalss box under the rear seat of this one.

I have an older version of this (http://www.subbox.net/store/product.php?productid=13&cat=0&page=1)box (it had a slightly larger volume) and the subs in my sig. They call for a little more air than the box allows, but a bit of poly fill helped alot.

What are you using for a head unit? That's a settup I've been considering. I have two 10" JL's waiting!!!

the one i wanted wasn't out yet, so i just opted for a cheap pioneer DEH P-750. it plays MP3's which is mostly what i listen to. maybe someday i'll get a LCD but not anytime soon. Sp33d has heard it and he's a critic. maybe he'll give his honest opinion, good or bad.

JL's are over priced, without modding the seats to fit bigger subs I would get These (http://www.soundsplinter.com/rli_ignition_series_8_inch_and_10_inch_diy_subwoof er_drivers.html) the 10's

im going to put 4 6"s in an enclosed box under my rear seat. With the correct box they will hit harder than 12's.

JL's are over priced,

I think I'll stick with what I know and what I have been using for six years now.
