I ask as this sounds similar to other users who've had bad fuel cause similar sounding issues. If bad fuel is suspected the dealer may not cover it, however the fuel station has insurance (provided you can prove their fuel caused the problem, i.e. keep your fuel receipts!!!) which will cover repairs.
