just straght piped my 01 max. And it seems to shift diferently(possibly quicker),and more often.Has anybody else noticed anything like this,or is just in my head because the truck is louder.The truck is all stock.

Mine seemed to shift different for a while too when I first straight piped it. I figured it was learning the additional power, just like when I first installed the predator. Even if it wasn't much it still can be enough to make the trans relearn a bit. It settled down again pretty quick...
