Your RTV trick with the wiper module worked. I did my spin on it and RTV'd three o-rings along the edges to evenly apply pressure and hold the card in more securely. So far it is working. If a supplier would make an o-ring that fit the shape of the cover that would solve the problem. It would be a pie shaped ring and we all know pie fixes alot of problems.:D

glad it worked for you. mine acts up every now and then, usually when it's wet, will look at it as soon as i replace the head gasket(s).

not sure if you're referring to the windshield wiper motor-but I fixed one in another burb by disassembling and resoldering a broken joint-it was very effident by looking at the circuit board.
