Hey Guys, Just loaded the Hot 5 6 and 7 levels on the Evo. I would like to start a poll that consists of Mileage/Power/ Most used daily driving tune/ etc...Also which Level is the best smoker. Couldnt be happier with the Evo as well as the latest tune that included the exhaust braking feature.Thx all.....

I like level 5 for all the driving unloaded... Level 2 for towing.. Those are the ones you need.. I wish we could get that level 5 on the race tuner also...

I switched backed to the tunes from before march of 09 my truck runs better and gets better mileage on the older tunes.

I drive 200 miles a day, bout 150 of that HWY, on Level 5. I get consistent 20 mpg at 70 on cruise control, sometimes more. Lvl 4 smokes more. I could make mine smoke like a frieght train from 60 to 80 mph at about 3/4 throttle 5 wont do that but smokes on hard take off pretty good

I hardly ever run level 5 as my tranny has never learned to like it for whatever reason. All of the other tunes including 6 & 7 shift fine (and no I dont run these tunes on a stock tranny for an extended period of time, I just tested to see how it would handle them). I typically get my best mileage on Level 3.

Thx for the replies all...FWIW I went from Hot 1 to Hot 2 today, and it stayed on the wrapping up phase. so I just started it, and started fine, told me (previous programming failed press any key to return to stock) Did that and it never got further than wrapping up. anyhow after a call to customer service and a reset,(via fusion) walla, I was on my way as if nothing happened, once again EDGE Customer support has gone above and beyond for me...
