I am thinking about buying a Weekend Warrior CL4005 (40 ft) fifth wheel toy hauler to put my toys in for the Sand Dunes.

Anyone know if I can get my truck under one of these and what mods, if any, I will need to do to the truck or trailer to make it happen?

I have a CST 6-8 lift w/uniball duals 315 75r 16 tires w/ spacers to accommodate tires.

With the weight of that trailer, I'D NEVER DO IT! WW likes to fudged the actual numbers by quite a bit. That trailer probably weighs close to 14k wet, probably more, depending on the options you buy with it and that doesn't count anything of yours!

Ive seen quite a few guys pullin 5er's with 6 inch lifts, most with flipped axles. I think you can get it done with a few minor changes to the truck (over-loads or airbags) and flipped axles on the trailor. It obviously won't be as stable at speed but it will get you to the desert and back and best of all.......you don't have to worry about getting stuck everytime you pull off the pavement!! :ro)
