I apologize if this is in the wrong place. I also wasn't sure how to search for this answer but I did try.

Is the deductible on my GMPP paid on a per case basis or per visit to the dealer? I brought my truck in the other day because it was hiccuping (they say EGR...more on that in another post later). When I dropped it off I meant to ask them to fix the shudder in my steering column as well, but I forgot. They called me yesterday and said they fixed the EGR problem and I just owe my deductible. When I call them this morning and ask them to fix the shudder in the steering column, if that is covered under the same warranty, should they charge me another deductible for a seperate case? Or, since it is still at the dealer will just the one deductible cover what I owe?

Moved to Warranty Issues & Recalls... and, FWIW, the real solution for your steering column shudder is a $3 muffler clamp at the base of the steering wheel column, right where the bearing. Search the site for "muffler clamp steering" and you should find plenty of details and plenty of pics. Yeah, the General has a new(er) ISS they'll probably recommend. I got the new ISS and it still rattled. I put the muffler clamp back on and it's fixed. Good luck!

it should be 1 deductible per visit not per item repaired

It's in YOUR contract as to which way it goes. They can be worded either way.

Deductible
Some contracts offer a choice of deductibles. The deductible may be zero ($0), meaning that nothing is owed on a covered expense, or as high as $200 for the out-of-pocket amount paid by the customer. Deductibles may apply per individual repair OR per claim.
