So these are my taillights, I smoked them with Nightshades about 6 months ago, but they are DARK, and not much light makes it thru, especially in the day. So I have undertaken installing my own LED system in them. It may look ricer-like, but it shows up GREAT.
Here is what they look like unlit, they're a little dirty

With the flash on the camera

And here is the turn signal on

I DO NOT like the Brake light...the strips I use come in ONE length, and it is too short to fill the lens, and too long to fit two...I don't know what I'm gonna do with it yet.

Here the CHEAP conectors I used, just drilled a hole and used GOOP to seal them up. Spliced the other conectors into the light system

I will. I may even get some Video or somethin, but the bed is off the truck for fuel pump reasons at the moment.

And the red are much dimmer than what they would be on the truck. They are only running on a 5 volt phone charger in the pics. They are a bit brighter on 12 volts

neat idea, id like to see em on the truck in the day and at night. i have tinted tails and thought maybe led's would help people see my lights better. iv got a LED strip under the tail gate from side to side that does turn and break lights but having brighter tail lights would be a good idea i bet.

OK, here is some nighttime pics, but the camera sucks. It wont take good pics from a distance in the dark. And yes those are water droplets in the lense, I just washed them and I let some water get in, DANG IT.

X2 where did you get the strips? I have been thinking about aux back up lights, but I might try adding LEDs.
