Sorry if this has already been discussed, But i have been searching for an hour with no answer! I have the OBS cab lights on my truck right now, And now I am wishing I would have gone with the NBS lights. Are they interchangable and the same size so the hole line up? Could I just swap them out or not? Thanks!
Sorry if this has already been covered!

Dang. Do the holes at least match up? If they do I would assume you could make it work??

yes you can easily cover them back. and swapping will not cost you anything. just some labour. and a good step too

I have the OBS Recon lights right now, I am just looking to switch to the NBS Recon lights. I am sure someone has tried this on here.

IIRC the new ones wont cover the holes without some metal work. I could be mistaken though.

I put the NBS Recon ones on my 07 and they are getting replaced with an OEM set from GM. The Recon ones are junk. Pay shipping and I will send you this set when they come off.
Did your truck come with cab lights or did you install them ? If you did the install then the holes you made may be smaller than the factory GM holes.

The Recon ones I have now have worked great, no problems so far..
Anyways, I put the OBS ones on, it did not come with them. I just need some simple measurements I guess, I'll Contact Recon. But I figured someone on here would know.

Mine have condensation inside the lens but they still work.
I first noticed one of the small side lights had water behind the lens and then it started leaking into the cab. I took it off, took it all apart and the gasket between the lens and the body was not fully in the groove when originally assembled. Reassembled with a little sealer and figured I was good to go. A few weeks later I noticed all three now have water behind the lens. Ordered an OEM set from GM.
Good luck getting an answer from Recon my experience with their customer service is not good. I emailed them when I had the first problem and never got an answer back.
